Shasha
The living-room screen, run by the PC you already own and driven by your phone.
Shasha turns a second HDMI output into the TV: films, series, music, video and games on one screen, from a machine that is already on. The phone in your pocket is the remote. This page is a showcase of its features; Shasha itself is shared privately.
Film in production
A guided tour of the app, narrated, is being made.
What it does
- 01
One screen for the evening
Your films and series, music, video and games behind one home screen, made to be read from the sofa.
- 02
Your phone is the remote
Six faces on one page: Remote, Gamepad, Wheel, WASD, Light gun and Keyboard. No app store needed — scan the code on the TV.
- 03
A button that can't work says so
Buttons that can't do anything in the app on screen are dimmed, and pressing one tells you why. Nothing dies silently between the sofa and the screen.
- 04
A library from your own drive
Films and series from your own disk, arranged into seasons, with ratings, and deletes that go to the Recycle Bin so they can be undone.
- 05
Every sound track, every subtitle
Films packed with many audio and subtitle tracks play smoothly, with a Sound button to switch between them.
- 06
On the TV itself
Apps for LG webOS and Android TV connect to the home server, so the screen needs no PC beside it.
How it works
- 01
Plug in the TV
As a second screen of the PC, or with the TV app.
- 02
Scan the code
The phone becomes the remote, and the keyboard always works too.
- 03
Sit down
Everything the living room needs, on one screen.
